Decades of intensive research have created a vast amount of scientific publications and practical guidelines about strategic management processes (Mintzberg 1990; Mintzberg 1998, Walker 2004).
Alignment dynamics of organizational identity and public perception in the context of major crisis and digitalization
The key purpose of this study is to evaluate how major crisis impacts the social construction of organizational identify and what strategies are applied in order to re-establish a balance between organizational identity and public perception. Special emphasis is put on the role of digital media in this process.

Over the last few years, the vast majority of the projects associated with the aerospace and defense industries have been put under the microscope on account of delays, cost overruns and qualitative shortcomings. This occasional report deals with the central issue of the backgrounds of these projects.
